Drinks

Take a look in our fridge once you’ve chosen your open-faced sandwiches; it holds a selection of beer, wine, snaps, juice, soft drinks, and water. Don’t forget to try one of our house hot drinks, such as Iben’s freshly brewed coffee – it’s worth writing home about.

Beer

We have beer from Krenkerup Estate on Lolland, brewed according to the German “Reinheitsgebot.”

Wine

Our wines are Austrian and carefully selected to complement our delicious open-faced sandwiches.

Aquavit

We have selected the classic Danish aquavits that we believe go best with our open sandwiches. Schnapps is a faithful companion to open faced sandwiches.

Juice

Choose from our organic juices from Brødrene Adelhardt, who opened their juice factory in Ribe in 1949.

Soft Drinks

You’ll find a few really old-fashioned Danish sodas in our fridge. It’s like visiting your grandmother in Jutland!

Water

We have chosen to serve Bornholms Kildevand. We think it is the best in Denmark, and fortunately we are not alone in that. The water from Boring 7 at Paradisbakkerne on the rocky island in the Baltic Sea is full of good salts and minerals from the Bornholm subsoil, and this helps to make the sip both fresh and flavorful, while also enhancing the flavor nuances of the food it is served with.

Hot Drinks

We have a good selection of hot drinks; the city’s best filter coffee with freshly ground beans from Roast Copenhagen as well as excellent teas from Fortnum & Mason in London.
