The most classic Danish dessert. Impossible to pronounce, but easy to eat! Purée of red berries with cream on the top, homemade by Iben according to the restaurant’s traditional family recipe.
It doesn’t get much more classically Danish than rødgrød med fløde (red berry pudding with cream).
There are countless recipes for rødgrød; we follow our traditional recipe, which uses a mix of summer berries. We serve it with Danish organic whipping cream.
