Water
We have chosen to serve Bornholms Kildevand. We think it is the best in Denmark, and fortunately we are not alone in that. The water from Boring 7 at Paradisbakkerne on the rocky island in the Baltic Sea is full of good salts and minerals from the Bornholm subsoil, and this helps to make the sip both fresh and flavorful, while also enhancing the flavor nuances of the food it is served with.
Choose sparkling or still. We serve in 33 cl. and in 75 cl. when there are two of you.

The fizz is gentle, yet intense and full-bodied. This is because the carbon dioxide is added during special de-icing and cooling processes, which means that the many but small bubbles are bound in the water for longer, and thus the fizz lasts longer in the glass.
