Fazenda Aranquã from Roast Coffee
Our coffee comes from Fazenda Aranquã in Chapada Diamantina, Bahia, Brazil. Here, the coffee is grown organically and biodynamically by Luca Allegro, who has run the farm according to Demeter-certified principles since the year 2000.
The coffee beans grow at an altitude of 1100 meters in a unique microclimate with cool nights and plenty of sunshine, allowing for slow maturation and a complex flavor profile. All beans are carefully handpicked in multiple rounds and gently dried under controlled conditions to preserve their natural sweetness and aroma.
The result is a coffee with purity, balance, and depth – just as nature intended.
