Chicken Salad

Our signature open-faced sandwich, made entirely from scratch.

It is assembled as follows:

• rye bread (no butter)
• our homemade chicken salad
• house-pickled red onions
• pickles
• house-pickled beech mushrooms
• crispy bacon
• chives
• sprouts

We have created a chicken salad with a bit of a kick; the boiled chicken is combined with mushrooms sautéed in warm spices, crisp daikon radish, and our house-made mayonnaise. It is a slightly different take on the classic chicken salad sandwich. We aren't afraid to use spices—including the sharper varieties—such as Dijon mustard and Tabasco.
