Ordering
All orders from Ibens Smørrebrød must be placed as follows unless otherwise agreed:
• Select the delivery time
• Choose the items and quantities you want
• Enter your details, select the delivery method and payment method
• Confirm that all details are correct, accept our terms and conditions, and approve your order
Changes and Cancellations
For small orders under DKK 1,000 incl. VAT, cancellation is free of charge until 3:00 PM the day before the delivery date. After this time, cancellation is generally not possible.
For larger orders over DKK 1,000 incl. VAT, the following terms apply:
• Cancellations up to 72 hours before delivery are free of charge
• Cancellations between 48 and 72 hours before delivery are subject to a 50% charge of the total order amount
• Cancellations within 48 hours of delivery are subject to a 100% charge of the total order amount
Delivery
Ibens Smørrebrød delivers throughout Greater Copenhagen. We check your address when you place your order to ensure we can deliver to your location.
Please note that we do not guarantee delivery at an exact time. Normally, we can deliver within ±30 minutes of the chosen time. During weekends and peak periods such as Christmas, Easter, and Pentecost, delays of up to 60 minutes may occur. Therefore, we recommend placing your order well in advance.
Any accessories, serving equipment, and reusable packaging remain the property of Ibens Smørrebrød. These items are inspected and reused for future orders. We reserve the right to charge for lost or damaged items.

The customer is responsible for picking up their order at the agreed time. If the order is not picked up within 3 hours, it will be discarded and will not be refunded.
Payment
We accept the following payment cards: Dankort, Dankort/Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa, Visa/Electron, and JCB. Gift cards can also be used for payment.
Payments are processed by an approved payment service provider.
A fee may apply when using certain credit cards, corresponding to the fee charged by the card issuer. Any applicable fee will be disclosed during payment.
Receipt
A receipt will be sent to you via email after payment.
Gift Cards
It is possible to purchase gift cards for Ibens Smørrebrød.
The gift card can be used to pay for all or part of an order. If the value of the gift card does not cover the total order amount, the difference must be paid using another payment method.
A new gift card cannot be purchased using an existing gift card.
Gift cards are either sent to you or picked up in person and can be used from the time of issuance.
The gift card is valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
Ibens Smørrebrød assumes no responsibility for issued gift cards. The customer is responsible for the safekeeping of the gift card and bears the risk of loss, theft, misuse, or similar issues.
We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of gift cards at any time without prior notice. The applicable terms and conditions can always be found on this page.
Right of Withdrawal
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, there is NO right of withdrawal on our smørrebrød or other products once the order has been confirmed. Every order goes directly into production and is therefore considered started upon confirmation.
Complaints
If you receive an incorrect product, please contact Ibens Smørrebrød by phone immediately.
Allergens
If you have any allergies, please call and ask our staff before placing your order.
Personal Data
When you place an order with us, we need to process your personal data to deliver and inform you about your order. You can read more about our data processing practices in our privacy policy.
Alcohol
You must be at least 16 years old to purchase alcoholic beverages.
If you are under 18, you may only purchase alcoholic beverages with an alcohol content of up to 16.5%.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase alcoholic beverages with an alcohol content of more than 16.5%.
Risk
The risk for goods purchased from Ibens Smørrebrød transfers to you as the consumer at the time of delivery.
Prices
All prices are stated inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. Ibens Smørrebrød reserves the right for typographical errors and price changes.
