2025 was a busy and good year for my little open-faced sandwich restaurant at Store Kongensgade 116, just opposite Nyboder in central Copenhagen.
Thank you to all of you many wonderful people from near and far who stopped by my little place – I am so happy to have met you, and I must say that it is never too late to meet new friends, even for a woman of my age. A special thank you goes to my staff; my skilled open-faced sandwich maids, my lovely hostesses and not least my diligent helpers – without you, I simply could not have done it.
I feel very grateful.
I will spend the next few weeks giving our place a loving hand. We will re-open for your visit on Monday, January 19th, 2026.
